APRUEBA REGLAMENTO DE LA LEY Nº19.886 DE BASES SOBRE CONTRATOS ADMINISTRATIVOS DE SUMINISTRO Y PRESTACION DE SERVICIOS

Artículo 35.- Preselección: Las Bases podrán establecer mecanismos de preselección de los Oferentes que pueden participar en dicha licitación.
