APRUEBA REGLAMENTO DE LA LEY Nº19.886 DE BASES SOBRE CONTRATOS ADMINISTRATIVOS DE SUMINISTRO Y PRESTACION DE SERVICIOS

Artículo 78.- Indemnizaciones: Las Bases podrán establecer cláusulas de indemnización y compensación para los casos especiales de término anticipado que se contemplen en ellas.
